Cantonal Court in Zenica

A detention facility located in the Mine Directorate building in Kakanj was not under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Defence Headquarters in that town, Defence witnesses at the trial of Jasmin Sehagic say before the Cantonal Court in Zenica.

Testifying at the trial of Jasmin Sehagic, Defence witnesses say that, in his capacity as guard, the indictee could not order the arrests of release of prisoners from a detention unit in Kakanj.

As the trial of Jasmin Sehagic for crimes in Kakanj continues before the Cantonal Court in Zenica, Defence witness Marijan Petrovic says that the indictee did not mistreat anybody and that he did not hear other people say any bad words about him during his “stay in detention”.
