The Basic Court of Brcko District on Tuesday found Zivkovic guilty on two counts of mistreating the civilians who were being held in the Luka detention camp and the Public Security Station in the northern Bosnian town in 1992.
The court found that Zivkovic repeatedly hit with a baton and kicked one civilian from the Luka camp, after the detainee refused the policeman’s order to be baptised as Alexander.
He was also found guilty of physically abusing anoyther civilian, first in front of his house, and then in the police station and at the Luka camp.
