The cantonal court in Mostar postponed the start of the Mirsad Tahirovic trial, due to the defendants poor health. Tahirovic has been charged with war crimes against detainees in Jablanica.

Testifying at the trial of Ibro Turajlic (nicknamed Zelo), witness Huso Djonko said he heard someone had shot a wounded person in the Pocitelj area. Turajlic has been charged with war crimes in the municipality of Capljina in 1992.

Testifying at the trial of Ramo Zilic and Esad Gakic, a witness said he wasnt aware of the torture and abuse of prisoners held at the Musala detention facility in Konjic. The witness, Ismet Mehic, was the head of a war commission which took statements from prisoners of war.

Testifying in his defense, Ramo Zilic told the cantonal court of Mostar that he did not beat prisoners while he was a guard at the Musala school building in Konjic.

As the trial of Ramo Zilic and Esad Gakic for crimes in Konjic continues, Prosecution witnesses tell the Cantonal Court in Mostar that detainees were beaten in a school building in Musala, but they cannot say anything bad about the indictees.
