In todays hearing of the Goran Popovic trial, prosecutor Seid Marusic gave his closing statements. He said the existence of a widespread and systematic attack against the non-Serb population in Visegrad has been proven, and that Popovic deliberately undertook actions that were a part of that attack.

Testifying at the trial of Oliver Krsmanovic, prosecution witness Kasim Dedic confirmed that a notebook which was presented to him in the courtroom belonged to him. The notebook contained his recollections of significant events he witnessed during the Bosnian war.

Milan Lukic, who was sentenced to life in prison for crimes committed in Visegrad, wants to be transferred from an Estonian prison due to the language barrier and because his family lives far away.

After the Bosnian state court accepted an amended indictment in the Goran Popovic case, the evidentiary hearing ended and closing arguments were scheduled.
