The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirms an indictment against Nedjo Ikonic for genocide committed in Srebrenica in July 1995. The indictment alleges that Ikonic, as Commander of the Second Company with the "Jahorina" Training Center of the Special Police Brigade with the Ministry of Interior, MUP, of Republika Srpska, RS, participated, from July 10 to July 19, 1995, in a joint criminal enterprise with the aim of deporting women and children and killing male Bosniaks from the Srebrenica enclave.

21. December 2009.
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has ordered one-month custody for Goran Markovic, who is suspected of genocide committed in Srebrenica in July 1995. As per a motion filed by the State Prosecution, the Court ordered the suspect into custody on the grounds that if he were to remain at liberty he might disturb the public order or interfere with the course of the criminal proceedings by influencing witnesses.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina completes its six-month long presentation of evidence at the trial of Radomir Vukovic and Zoran Tomic, who are charged with genocide committed in Srebrenica.
