A Prosecution witness testifying at the trial of four indictees charged with genocide committed in Srebrenica denies parts of his statement given to the State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, in 2005, claiming his words were not correctly conveyed.

At the trial of four indictees who are charged with genocide committed in Srebrenica a Prosecution witness says he saw indictee Dusko Jevic in Potocari after the fall of Srebrenica, identifying Jevic in court.

Over the course of the trial, that has lasted just over nine months, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina tried to prove that Zeljko Ivanovic, known as Arkan and former member of the Second Special Police Squad with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska, MUP RS, committed genocide against the residents of Srebrenica in July 1995.

Prosecution witness Mile Janjic says at the trial of four indictees charged with genocide committed in Srebrenica that members of the "Jahorina" Police Squad were present in Potocari on July 12 and 13, 1995, adding that he saw indictee Mendeljev Djuric there.
