Testifying as a court expert, neuropsychiatrist Abdulah Kucukalic described former Bosniak fighter Ibro Macic as an emotionally immature person with mild mental retardation. Kucukalic has been ordered by Bosnias state court to examine Macic, as per a request by his defense.

In its closing statement, Bosnias state prosecution requested that a guilty verdict be handed down against former Bosniak fighters Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic, and Nihad Bojadzic.
