The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposes that Nihad Bojadzic, who is charged with war crimes against civilians and prisoners of war in the Jablanica area, be ordered into custody due to a suspicion that he might flee to Serbia, whose citizenship he has.


21. June 2012.
After the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed an indictment against Edin Dzeko, who is charged with crimes against civilians and prisoners of war in the Jablanica and Trusinc area, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina files a custody extension motion. The Defence of the indictee objects to the motion.


15. June 2012.
As he continues testifying at the trial of six former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are charged with crimes in Trusina village, a State Prosecution witness says that indictees Nedzad Hodzic and Nihad Bojadzic were present, when unit members were lined up prior to an attack in April 1993.


25. May 2012.
A member of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA says, at the trial for crimes near Konjic, that he found out that Zoran Djordjic asked Dragan Djordjic to give him money, so he would not say, before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that he gave a false testimony.


22. May 2012.
Testifying at the trial of six former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, a protected State Prosecution witness says that indictee Nihad Bojadzic informed him, in the evening on April 16, 1993, that his comrade Samir Semsovic, known as Samko, was killed, adding that he heard later on that this happened in Trusina, near Konjic.
