The Defence of indictee Branko Topola includes material evidence in the case file, saying that those documents show that policemen, and not the Territorial Defence, of which Topola was a member, committed the murders at Koricanske stijene on August 21, 1992. Ranko Dakic, Defence attorney of indictee Topola, presented material evidence at the trial for the Koricanske stijene crime.


12. October 2011.
Testifying in defence of Branko Topola at the trial for crimes at Koricanske stijene, a Defence witness says that the indictee was neither uniformed nor armed, when he was in Trnopolje in 1992, adding that she considered him “a cheerful person”.


8. September 2011.
On the second day of presentation of his findings and opinion at the trial for Koricanske stijene crimes, an expert witness in police issues says that local authorities interfered in police affairs and established an interventions squad with the Public Safety Station in Prijedor in 1992.
