Blagoje Vlacic’s defense attorney asked the district court of Eastern Sarajevo to release him from his duties. Vlacic has been charged with committing war crimes in Sekovici in 1993.

A witness and former prisoner at the Susica detention camp testified at the Zarije Ostojic trial and said the defendant assaulted him twice during his detention.

The state court in Sarajevo acquitted former Bosnian Serb Army serviceman Radoman Fundup of taking part in the killings of Bosniak civilians in Foca in 1992.

After a trial that has lasted nearly nine months, the Bosnian state court will hand down a verdict in the Radoman Fundup trial on December 11.

An Eastern Sarajevo district prosecution witness testifying at the trial of four former members of the Bosnian Army said she heard detainees being beaten in a police station in Gorazde. She said the detainees had been brought to the police station from Trovrh.

A defense witness testifying at the Igor Milosevic trial said the defendant deserted the Bosnian Serb Army in the summer of 1994. He said he saw the defendant in Serbia a year later. Milosevic has been charged with war crimes in the Trnovo area.

A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of Mitar Vlasenko, Rade Vlasenko and Drago Koncar described how she found out that her husband and son had been killed. The defendants have been charged with war crimes in the Prijedor area.
7. December 2015.
The state prosecution gave up on the examination of two witnesses at the trial of Goran Mrdja, Milorad Mrdja, Ranko Mrdja and Mile Kokot, former Bosnian Serb Army soldiers charged with war crimes in the Sanski Most area. The state prosecution said it wasn’t informed in a timely manner that the defense had spoken to the witnesses.

A protected state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of fourteen former members of Bosnian Serb military and police forces said she saw her brothers being taken away from the village of Zecovi in the municipality of Prijedor. She also said she saw the dead bodies of civilians in the village, and that she helped bury them.
