The state prosecution presented a set of material evidence on the status and police activities of defendants Goran Vujovic, Miroslav Duka and Zeljko Ilic in 1992. The defendants have been charged with war crimes in Bileca.

A former minister in the Bosnian wartime government testified in defense of Mustafa Djelilovic. He said the wartime Presidency of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina was the only institution which could have solved the issue of Serb prisoners held in the Silos detention facility in Hadzici. Djelilovic and seven other defendants have been charged with war crimes against detained civilians in the Hadzici area.

Presenting its closing statement at the trial of Gligor Begovic, the state prosecution called upon the court to find the defendant guilty of crimes against civilians and prisoners of war in the Batkovic concentration camp in Bijeljina in 1992.

The state prosecution has filed an indictment against Nenad Przulj for crimes against humanity committed in the Sokolac area in 1992 and 1993.

A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of eight former members of the Bosnian Serb Army said he guarded Rogatica after the town’s occupation in July 1992. The defendants have been charged with war crimes in the Rogatica area.

The state prosecution has filed an indictment against Mato Baotic, also known as Cikin, charging him with crimes against civilians and prisoners of war in Orasje in 1992 and 1993.

Begzad Kajtazi and Semsudin Pekic have been arrested as per an arrest warrant issued by the state prosecution. They are suspected of war crimes in the Bukvik and Brcko area.

The Bosnian state court has transferred the case against Milan Komad, charged with war crimes against civilians in Visegrad, to the district court of Eastern Sarajevo.

Police in the Brcko District arrested former Bosnian Croat military commander Mensur Djakic on suspicion that he committed war crimes against Serb prisoners of war in 1992.
