The Bosnian state prosecution said on Wednesday that the former soldiers – Drago Predojevic, Dragutin Vuksa, Miroslav Panic, Ranko Dosenovic, and Simo and Bosko Curguz – have been arrested on suspicion of committing crimes against civilians in the north-western Sanski Most area of the country in the summer of 1992.

“They are suspected of committing torture, abuse and beatings, and of causing severe physical and mental injuries to Bosniak victims,” the prosecution said in a statement.

After questioning the suspects, the prosecution will decide whether to file a custody motion or not.
