The verdict was originally scheduled for Wednesday, December 30. The state court said the verdict was postponed due to the judges’ other commitments and the lack of available courtrooms.

Salcin, a former member of the Zulfikar Unit of the Bosnian Army, has been charged with committing crimes against prisoners on Mount Igman in 1993. He is charged in two counts with slicing a part of a prisoner’s ear off with a knife and beating a group of prisoners.
