Baotic, the former commander of the Second Section with the Croatian Defence Council Military Police, was found guilty of raping the women and mistreating a prisoner who was being detained in a school building in Donja Mahala in the Orasje municipality.
Baotic raped one of his victims with a pistol and hit the prisoner with a metal dog chain, the court found.
He was ordered to pay the rape victims a total of 60,000 Bosnian marks (30,670 euros) in compensation for their pain and suffering.
The verdict can be appealed.
Also on Friday, the state court sentenced another former Croatian Defence Council fighter, Marijan Brnjic, to six years in prison for raping a female civilian in the Odzak area in June 1992.
Brnjic, a former member of the 102nd Brigade of the Croatian Defence Council, was found guilty of raping the Serb woman in the village of Posavska Mahala, near Odzak.
