The case against Ranjko and Radomir Sevarika, charged with crimes committed in the municipality of Skender Vakuf in 1992, has been transferred to the District Court of Banja Luka. The indictment, which was confirmed in November 2015, charges them with participating in the physical abuse and murder of prisoners of war, specifically members of the Croatian Defense Council (HVO).

The case against Asim Muratovic and Cazim Ajanovic has been transferred to the Cantonal Court of Gorazde. The defendants, both former guards in a prison located on the premises of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) in Gorazde, have been charged with beating and mistreating two prisoners of war.

A case involving crimes committed in Sanski Most has been transferred to the Cantonal Court in Bihac. Seven individuals were indicted in the case late last year, namely Drago Predojevic, Ranko Dosenovic and Ranko Dosenovic, Dragutin Vuksa, Bosko and Simo Curguz, and Miroslav Panic. The defendants have been charged with torturing, beating and abusing Bosniak civilians in the village of Kisak in July 1992.
