Pajic in Poor Health, Batkovic Crimes Trial Postponed
The trial of Djoko Pajic at the district court of Bijeljina has been postponed due to the defendant’s poor health.

Pajic has been charged with crimes in Batkovic.
The trial chamber was informed that Pajic had undergone a surgery, and it determined that the conditions for proceeding with the hearing were not met.
Pajic, Petar Dmitrovic, Djordje Krstic and Ljubomir Misic have been charged with crimes committed in the Batkovic detention camp in 1992 and 1993.
They’ve been charged with beating and verbally abusing detainees.
The next hearing is scheduled for April 4.
