In July 2015, the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina revoked a first instance verdict which found Anadolac not guilty of committing crimes against prisoners of war in March 1995.
The Supreme Court ordered a retrial, which lead to another verdict of release from the cantonal court of Bihac. Anadolac was found not guilty of beating detainees with police batons, rifle butts or kicking and punching detainees during their transportation on March 11, 1995, with other members of the military police.
Anadolac has also been exempted from paying the costs of the trial.
The parties have the right to appeal the verdict with the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
