Radisic’s defense objected to the proposal, and said the court expert didn’t specifically say Sivic couldn’t attend the trial.

“In these findings the court expert did not explicitly say that the witness cannot be examined. The witness is relevant for the accusations. I insist on her examination and cross-examination,” defense attorney Vesna Tupajic–Skiljevic said.

Trial chamber chair Jasmina Kosovic said the court expert would be invited to testify at the next hearing, in order to explain her findings and review additional medical documentation.
