“The prosecution will submit, in writing, the revised factual description of the indictment by the next hearing,” prosecutor Nives Kanevcev said.
Predrag Djurovic, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, has been charged with the rape of a Bosniak woman in the Vraca neighbourhood of Sarajevo in late 1992. He allegedly threatened to kill the woman and her child if she resisted.
The trial will continue on October 27, when the prosecution will present its closing statement.
