Lalicic, a former member of the First Corps of the Bosnian Army and a former guard in a detention facility in Hrasnica, has been charged with the rape and sexual abuse of a female prisoner and with participating in the mental and physical abuse of a detained civilian.

On the same day, Nihad Bojadzic’s defense will continue presenting its closing statement. Bojadzic, Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic and Nedzad Hodzic have been charged with war crimes committed in Trusina, in the municipality of Konjic, in 1993.

The defense of Bosiljko and Ostoja Markovic will present their closing statements on Tuesday, May 26. The defendants have been charged with rape in Kotor-Varos in 1992.

Jasmin Coloman, indicted for crimes in Vitez, will testify in his own defense on Wednesday, May 27.

On Thursday, May 28, Dzevad Salcin and Nihad Bojadzic, charged with war crimes on Mount Igman and Jablanica, will testify in their own defense.

A status conference on Jozo Dajic’s ability to stand trial has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 27, after having been postponed. Daijc has been charged with war crimes committed in the Odzak area in 1992.

Trials for crimes in Sanski Most, Visegrad, Sarajevo, Vogosca, Bileca, Srebrenik, Trnovo, Prijedor, Bihac, Mostar, Bosanski Brod, Bijeljina, Odzak, Cazin, Foca, Kladanj, Zvornik, Prozor, Cajnice and Teslic will continue at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the week ahead.
