The trial of four defendants charged with crimes in the Sanski Most area was postponed due to defendant Mile Kokot’s poor health.

Kenan Ademovic, Kokot’s defense attorney, said the defendant was unwell earlier in the day and needed to see a doctor.

The Bosnian state prosecution has charged Kokot and Goran, Milorad and Ranko Mrdja with participating in acts of murder, rape, assault, theft, and the mental and physical abuse of Bosniak civilians in the Sanski Most area.

The indictment alleges that the defendants committed the above crimes as members of the Sixth Sanska Infantry Brigade of the Bosnian Serb Army.

The next hearing will take place on April 27.
