Bosnian State Court Wont Try Dzambegovic

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has announced that Hedin Dzambegovic will be tried in front of the cantonal court in Gorazde.

The Bosnian state court decided to send the case to an entity court because of its less sensitive nature.

The Bosnian state court confirmed the indictment against Dzambegovic in January 2015.

Dzambegovic is being tried for his alleged abuse of Serb civilians in Crkvina in 1992, as a former member of the Bosnian Army.
