The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has announced that Hedin Dzambegovic will be tried in front of the cantonal court in Gorazde.

The State Prosecution proposes to the Court to extend prohibiting measures for Hedin Dzambegovic, who is charged with crimes in the Gorazde area in 1992. The Defence does not object to the proposal.
11. December 2014.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, requests prohibiting measures against Hedin Dzambegovic, who is suspected of war crimes in the Gorazde area. The Defence has no objections to this motion.
9. December 2014.
The State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, has arrested Hedin Dzambegovic over suspicions that he committed war crimes in the Gorazde area.
