As announced by the Court, prohibiting measures, including a ban on leaving their places of residence and travelling and an obligation to report to a competent body twice a week, were ordered against the indictees.
The measures may last for as long as there is a need for them. A control of their justifiability will be performed every two months. In case the indictees violate the ordered prohibiting measures they may be ordered into custody, it was announced.
The Court extended prohibiting measures, including a ban on leaving their places of residence and travelling and an obligation to report to a competent body, against the indictees Dragan Marjanovic and Dario Slavuljica.
Marjanovic, Gavranovic, Devic, Sljuk and Slavuljica are charged with the murder of Bosniak civilians on Mount Borje in June 1992. The Prosecution of BiH previously announced that the investigation was referred by The Hague Tribunal under the title Mice.
The indictment against them was confirmed last month. Following the confirmation of the indictment, the Prosecution did not request extension of custody for Gavranovic, Devic and Sljuk. The Prosecution proposed that prohibiting measures, including a ban on leaving their places of residence, be ordered instead and that the existing prohibiting measures against Marjanovic and Slavuljica be extended.
According to the latest announcement by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dragomir Kezunovic has been charged, together with them, with these same crimes.
