Prosecutor Predrag Tomic presented transcripts of conversations made by the witness, former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, who was assigned the pseudonym SM-113. One of the conversations was led between “General Krstic and Captain Trbic” on July 17, 1995.

“Have you killed the Turks?” Krstic asked and Trbic said that he had sent him a report, the transcript of the conversation indicates.

The witness testified at the trial of Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with murders of around 1,000 Srebrenica residents on a dam, near Petkovci, Zvornik municipality in mid-July 1995.
According to the charges, Stanisic was Commander of the Sixth Battalion with Zvornik Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, and Milosevic was his Deputy.

The witness said that the intercepted conversations were recorded and that he made the transcripts after having heard them again. He said that a colleague from his unit retyped the transcripts and sent them to the Command.

The trial is due to continue on November 5.
