The Prosecution introduced documents from 1992 about the defendants role in the Bosnian Croat military police units in Odzak, as well as manuscripts about civilians in Odzak, Strolit camp and photos of the detention centres in Odzak and Bosanski Brod.
Red Cross documents about the registration of prisoners, as well as death certificates and hearing minutes were also introduced.

Former member of the 102 Odzak brigade of the Bosnian Croat army Josip Tolic is on trial for abusing Serb prisoners from May to October 1992 in Odzak and Bosanski Brod.
 
The Defence announced they would call five witnesses and Tolic will testify on his own behalf.
 
They would take six working days to introduce evidence.
 
The first Defence witness will be heard on October 3.
