Crepulja, former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is charged with having killed a minor person in 1993.
According to the charges, on October 16, 1993 Crepulja, who was dressed in camouflage uniform and armed with an automatic gun, approached a group of people and began provoking them without any cause and then opened a burst of fire at them, killing one minor civilian.
A plea hearing will be scheduled at a later stage.
