Neither the State Prosecution nor the Defence has Alics phone number. The State Court said that a wrong address had been submitted to them.
Alic, Muhamed Sisic, Izet Hadzic, Aziz Susak, Tarik Sisic, Aziz Aganovic and Emir Drakovac are suspected of having conducted an attack against Serb civilians, who were moving from Gorazde municipality towards the Rogatica area on August 28, 1992.
The State Prosecution alleges that more than 20 victims, mostly Serb women, children and the elderly, were killed in that attack.
The seven suspects were arrested in late December 2013, but they were released and allowed to defend themselves while at liberty.
A new hearing is due to be held on Monday, January 13.
