Vidovic and Misic are charged as former members of the Jahorina training centre within the Bosnian Serb Ministry of Interior, of taking part in expulsion of Bosniaks in July 1995.

They are charged with taking prisoner Bosniak men on July 13, 1995, who were fleeing the Srebrenica region.

“The indictees captured and shot ten imprisoned Bosniaks in Sandici, six of whom were wounded, shooting from automatic rifles on the men while they were lying in the grass by the road”, said the Bosnian Prosecution.

Vidovic and Misic were arrested on December 24 and the Bosnian Prosecution asked for them to be detained. However, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected this, claiming there is insufficient evidence they are the individuals responsible for the crime

The indictment was sent to the Bosnian Court for confirmation.
