Witness Remzija Siljak and his colleague Senad Mikic testified that they filmed Trusina at the request of Bojadzic’s lawyers.

The footage shows the houses, hills, roads and surrounding villages of Trusina, which were mentioned often during the trial. Mikic confirmed he wielded the camera.

The prosecution charges Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Nedzad Hodzic, Nihad Bojadzic and Zulfikar Alispago, former members of the Zulfikar detachment, and Senad Hakalovic, former member of the Neretvica brigade, with the murder of 18 Bosnian Croat civilians and four members of the Croatian Defence Council in the village of Trusina on April 16, 1993.

Presiding judge Zeljka Marenic said at the start of this hearing that the expert review of the medical condition of Hodzic had been finished, but she did not review the findings yet.

The trial continues on January 13.
