Mujagic is charged with having killed one captured member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina and having wounded another in the Kumarica region on March 6, 1995.
The indictment alleges that, after the members of the 505th Knight Brigade with the Fifth Corps had been captured, Mujagic first physically abused them and then killed Ekrem Baltic and wounded Nisvet Cordic from an automatic gun.
Mujagic was extradited from the United States of America on June 4 this year.
As per a proposal by the Prosecutor, the Cantonal Court in Bihac ordered a two-month extension of custody for the indictee.
