Prosecutor Vesna Ilic presented a report by Ivan Bradvica, indicating that the biggest massacre had been committed in Trusina.

The pieces of evidence presented today included documents related to the conflict between the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, and Croatian Defence Council, HVO, on the territory of Konjic and Jablanica in the spring of 1993.

Dzeko is charged with the murder of captured HVO members and Croat civilians in Trusina on April 16, 1993. Besides that, he is on trial for crimes against Croats in Jablanica in the second half of 1993.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina began presenting evidence against Dzeko, a former member of the “Zulfikar” Squad of ABiH, in August 2012.

The continuation of the trial is scheduled for June 18. In the meantime the Defence is due to provide the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Trial Chamber with a list of witnesses whom it would like to invite.
