Prosecutor of the State Prosecutor’s Office, Slavica Terzic, moved the court to reschedule the start of the main trial because the BiH Prosecution plans on indicting one more co-perpetrator in this offense.

“I hereby move the merger of cases because we have the same evidence and the same protected witnesses . I move the court to delay this trial. These cases will probably be joined,” the Prosecutor said.

Zoran Milic, the former member oft he Croat Defence Council (HVO) was arrested in February.

According to the information by the BiH Prosecution, he is a co-perpetrator of war crime together with Marinic.

Marinic was indicted for having participated in the wounding and killing of four Bosniak civilians together with unknown soldiers on 26 April 1993.

The Defence did not object to the motion by the BiH Prosecution to reschedule the trial of Marinic.

“I believe that the cases may be joined because of the witness who are under protective measures and the cost-effectiveness of the proceedings,” the defence counsel Branka Praljak said.

The Court Panel scheduled a new hearing in this case for 12 April
