18. September 2015.

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina repealed a portion of the verdict in the Velibor Bogdanovic trial, specifically the section on the application of law. After this decision, the prosecution and the defense presented their appeals related to Bogdanovic’s sentencing at the appeals chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.



21. April 2015.

At the appeal of the Vehid Subotic case, the state prosecution called for a longer prison sentence for Subotic. Under a first instance verdict, Subotic was sentenced to 14 years in prison for war crimes committed in the village of Dusina in Zenica. Subotic’s defense has called for an acquittal.



16. May 2014.

The examination of a Defence witness at the trial of Vehid Subotic, who is charged with crimes in the Zenica area, has been postponed because the witness has not been able to appear in Court as the roads are blocked by floods.



3. March 2014.

At the trial of Vehid Subotic for crimes in Zenica municipality, a medical expert said that a Bosnian State prosecution witness is incapable of coming to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to testify.
