Two former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ARBiH) are suspected for these crimes.

“One suspect has been charged with the killing of one civilian and the other one for physical abuse”, said Delic.

One year ago, The Prosecutor—s Office of ZDK raised two indictments for crimes committed in the villages of Dusina, Lasva and Visnjica, near Zenica, and also in Cajdras. According to Delic, case against Vehid Subotic, who is suspected of killing civilians in the area of village of Dusina, Lasva and Visnjica was taken over by The Prosecutor™s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while there is still no decision regarding the case of suffering in Cajdras.

“This Department of the Prosecutor’s Office in which four prosecutors work, did quite a lot of hard work this year”, said Delic, noting that they have a certain number of cases with unknown perpetrators in which the event is not questionable.

According to Delic, The Prosecutor”s Office of ZDK transferred about fifteen cases for the evaluation to The Prosecutor”s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2005, and only one has been returned to them.

“It is a real assumption that next year there will be a higher inflow of cases in accordance with The War Crimes Prosecution Strategy”, expects Prosecutor Delic.
