The Una-Sana Cantonal Prosecution charges Klepic with having “beaten” Juso Krupic, “with his hands and gun butt”, at a police check-point in Sana-Keram building in Donji Kamengrad, Sanski Most municipality on November 8, 1992.

Klepic, a former member of the reserve police forces with the Public Safety Station in Sanski Most was accompanied by an unknown soldier, according to the prosecution.

The indictment alleges that Klepic and two other persons drove injured party Krupic to a destroyed mosque in Donji Kamengrad, where he shot him on his head, causing fatal injuries, in a garage next to the mosque.

The State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, arrested Radovan Klepic on April 28, 2011. He has been held in custody since then.

In addition to the indictment, the Una-Sana Cantonal Prosecution filed a motion asking the Court to extend custody for Klepic. The Court will render its decision at a later stage.
