The court in Banja Luka confirmed the indictment against Nenad Tanasic and Tihomir Boroja from Donji Vakuf, in which they are charged for committing crimes against the civilian population.
The former police force members are accused of killing one Bosniak civilian and for attempting the murder of a second during the war from 1992 to 1995.
They were arrested and have been in custody since 15 December.
