The District Court in Banja Luka on Tuesday convicted ex-policeman Mladjen Vasiljevic of committing crimes against the civilian population in the Ribnik area.

Former Bosnian Serb soldier Radomir Sevarika was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for participating in the beating and murder of Croat prisoners in Knezevo in October 1992.
The District Court in Banja Luka on Friday found Sevarika guilty of seizing and beating the two prisoners, and then killing one of them.
