Supporters of a football club from Bijeljina chanted the name of convicted war criminal Ratko Mladic during a match at the stadium. The video was then shared on fan channels and pro-Russian Telegram feeds. Such chanting is prohibited by law, as well as under football regulations. But no one at the Football Association wants to talk about why they are failing to prevent theglorification of war criminals and genocide denial in the stands. The incident happened as Srebrenica was preparing to mark the 30th anniversary of the genocide, in which more than 7,000 men and boys were killed.
