Court Expert Presents Injured Party’s Scars at Peljto Trial
A court expert showed scars on an injured party’s body at the trial of Mensur Peljto, charged with war crimes in the municipality of Brcko.

Testifying at the basic court of Brcko District, court expert Zdenko Cirhlas showed scars on injured party Vasiljko Todic’s lower lip, nose, chest, stomach, right elbow and back.
The public was excluded from the hearing while Cirhlas showed scars on intimate parts of Todic’s body.
Peljto, a former member of the 108th Brigade of the Croatian Defense Council (HVO), has been charged with causing bodily harm to civilians and prisoners held at the Majevica forestry building at Okrajci in the vicinity of Gornji Rahic in May and June 1992.
Milenko Radusic was scheduled to testify at this hearing, but due to health reasons his testimony has been postponed until the next hearing, scheduled for February 9.
