The state court announced that certain technical issues involving Andabak’s transport from the Penal and Correctional Facility in Mostar had occurred.

Andabak, Jasarevic and Velagic have been charged with detaining, torturing and killing Serb civilians held in the Ivan Goran Kovacic school building in 1992. The indictment against them contains 29 counts.

According to the charges, Andabak was a military police commander with the Croatian Defense Council for the operational zone of North-Western Herzegovina.

A new hearing has been scheduled for December 9.
