The indictment alleges that Marijan Brnjic, a former member of the 102nd Brigade of the Croatian Defense Council, raped a Serb woman in June 1992 in Odzak.

Marijan Brnjic is on trial in another case, along with Martin Barukcic, Pavo Glavas and Ilija Glavas, for wartime rapes in the Odzak area. At hearings held a month ago at this trial, prosecutor Miroslav Janjic said a new indictment would be filed against Brnjic.

The presentation of closing statements is currently underway at this trial.
