Indictment for Capljina Crimes Confirmed
The Bosnian state prosecution has confirmed an indictment against four former police officers accused of war crimes committed against civilians in the Capljina area.

The state prosecution has laid charges against Nikola Zovko, Petar Krndelj, Kreso Rajic and and Ivica Cutura. According to the charges, According to the charges, Zovko was the commander of the police station in Capljina, Krndelj was the assistant commander, Rajic was the commander of the military police squad, and Ivica Cutura was an active police officer.
They’ve been accused of murders and the inhumane treatment of Bosniak civilians, including acts of torture and assault, from July 19 to July 28, 1993.
