The trial chamber said the trial would begin at the end of August, after the summer holidays.

The state prosecution said it would update the indictment and give up on counts and witnesses referring to Novak Mitrovic, who was originally charged with Glogovac, but has since deceased.

The state prosecution has charged Glogovac, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, with causing severe physical and mental pain to civilians and prisoners of war detained in the basement of the Franjo Herljevic hunting lodge from June-December 1992 in the village of Kamenica in Zavidovici. Glogovac allegedly acted in collaboration with other members of the Bosnian Serb Army.

The indictment alleges that Glogovac was a military police officer with the Doboj Operational Group of the 1st Krajiski Corps of the Bosnian Serb Army.

The indictment was confirmed on October 14 last year.
