Loncarevic and Makivic, former members of the Special Purposes Police Squad with the Safety Services Center in Banja Luka, have been charged with killing a civilian on July 8, 1992.
The witness, Rufija Fatkovic said she used to wash and iron tablecloths in the Borac restaurant in Banja Luka, owned by Mujnovic. According to Fatkovic, Mujnovic didnt owe money to anyone, as his restaurant business was successful.
He was rich. He helped basketball and football clubs in Banja Luka, Fatkovic said.
According to Faktovic, following Mujnovics murder, the Center for Social Work appointed her as the legal guardian for his daughter Ines.
Some time later Ruza Trninic appeared and said Vehbija owed her 25,000 Marks. She filed a suit and wanted to get her money back. I think this was a lie. As Ines guardian, I gave 4,000 Marks to Ruza. Later on I heard that she withdrew the suit, Fatkovic said.
The trial will continue on July 1.
