Amra Ahmetlic, a prosecutor with the cantonal prosecution of Zenica, presented a report on a crime scene inspection conducted in the village of Bilivode on April 25, 1993. The report indicated that three charred bodies had been found in the area.

According to the indictment, Basic, a former member of the Bosnian Army, abducted two civilians from their home in the village of Vardiste in April 1993, without authorization to do so. The charred bodies of the two civilians were found a few days later.

The prosecution also presented documentation confirming that the defendant was an authorized staff member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the war, starting from June 20, 1992.

The trial will continue on July 9.
