Hasib Cehic Indictment Confirmed
The cantonal court of Bihac confirmed an indictment against Hasib Cehic, charging him with the abuse of prisoners of war in the Cazin area.

The cantonal prosecution of Una-Sana charged Cehic, a former soldier with the National Defense of the Western Bosnia Autonomous Region, with abusing five captured members of the military police of the Fifth Corps of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The abuse allegedly took place in Pecigrad in the municipality of Cazin on July 16, 1994.
The indictment alleges that Cehic beat Ahmet Karabegovic, Meho Selimovic, Mersad Ruzinic, Emsud Dedic and Bekir Agic all over their bodies, causing them severe physical pain.
