Crepulja’s Trial Postponed
The Cantonal Court in Zenica postpones the continuation of the trial of Ivo Crepulja, who is charged with crimes in Kakanj, due to the indictee's illness.

As said at the hearing, according to medical documentation, the indictee was severely ill. It was also said that it was uncertain when he might become capable of attending the trial.
The indictment charges Crepulja, a former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, with having killed a minor civilian in Ratanj village on October 16, 1993 without any cause or reason.
The continuation of the trial is scheduled for February 25.
