“Those are lies. I shall prove that during the trial. I plead not guilty,” said Andabak.

According to the charges, Zdenko Andabak, former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, participated in the murder of two Bosniaks and treated one person in an inhumane manner in July 1993.

Andabak, who was arrested on October 15, was ordered into home detention. He is banned from traveling and meeting or contacting the accomplices and witnesses.

According to the law, the trial of Andabak is due to begin within the next two months.
