Mujo and Avdo Katkic, the indctees cousins, said that the indictee came, together with his sister, mother and father, from Kasatici village, Hadzici municipality, on May 17, 1992. I heard about that attack. I heard that somebody killed the Milosevics. They mentioned this guy named Maca. There were all sorts of rumours. I heard that he killed those people, Mujo Katkic said, adding that Sadikovic was his first cousin. He pointed out that he was sure that Sadikovic was at his place on May 25. This witness and his brother Avdo Katkic said that Sadikovic was a member of the reserve police forces and that they were members of the Territorial Defence at that time. People said later on that Maca bragged about having revenged somebody, Avdo Katkic said. Sadikovic, a former member of the armed forces of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, is charged with having killed four Serb civilians in Kasatici village in May 1992. Defence witness Adem Katkic said that he had known Sadikovic since childhood, because his aunt was a neighbour of his. He said that he used to see him at her place. I know that he left Kasatici. I know that he came to his aunts with his family, Katkic said. He pointed out that it was known to him that he was at his aunts on May 25, 1992 as well. At this hearing the Defence presented one piece of material evidence, indicating that Sadikovic was a member of the Public Safety Station in Hadzici from April 8, 1992 to April 22, 1996.The Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecution did not object to this piece of evidence. The trial is due to continue on January 15.
